These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) explain the rules for buying from us. By placing an order, you agree to them, so have a read before you click “Buy now.” We update these T&Cs from time to time, so feel free to check back before making a purchase.
1. ORDERING FROM US
Our online shop displays our amazing prints and services - but those displays are just invitations, not legally binding offers. When you hit “Buy now”, you’re making a binding offer to purchase the items. Once we receive your order, we’ll automatically accept it and send you a confirmation email detailing your purchase.
2. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Products You Can’t Cancel:
Bespoke prints can’t be cancelled once ordered, as they’re made just for you.
Products You Can Cancel:
For limited-edition art prints, you have 28 days from receiving the goods to change your mind.
You May Cancel If:
The product is faulty or not as described
You aren’t totally in love with the print
We’ve changed the contract terms
If you cancel a contract for any other reason, we may deduct reasonable costs from your refund, but this will always be clarified via email first. You’ll receive a refund for items not yet provided.
How to Cancel:
Email us clearly stating you wish to cancel: team@thewowowgallery.com
The cancellation deadline is met if you email us within the allowed timeframe, within 12 hours of the order.
Refund Process:
If we haven’t arranged to collect the item, we’ll refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of postage).
If we are collecting, we’ll refund within 7 days of you notifying us.
You must return the items in their original packaging within 14 days of cancellation. Shipping costs for returns are on you, unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
We may deduct from your refund if the item’s value has been reduced due to improper handling.
3. DELIVERY
Unless otherwise agreed, we’ll deliver to the address you provide. Standard delivery takes approximately 7–30 working days.
4. AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATES
Signed certificates of authenticity may be sent separately and might arrive later than the artwork. If you return an order, include the unused certificate.
5. PAYMENT
All prices shown exclude VAT. Shipping is charged separately. Payment can be made via:
Credit or Debit Card
PayPal
STRIPE
You’ll be redirected to the appropriate payment service during checkout. The terms of those services apply to your transaction.
6. LIABILITY
We’re responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our failure to comply with these T&Cs, or from our lack of reasonable care.
We do not limit our liability in cases of:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
Our products are for personal use only. If you use them commercially or resell them, we’re not liable for any loss of profit or business.
7. WARRANTY & YOUR RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
You have 30 days to return faulty items for a refund
If the product can’t be fixed or replaced within 90 days, you’re entitled to a refund
You may be entitled to partial refunds for products that don’t last a “reasonable” amount of time (up to 5 years)
Please inspect your products ASAP and notify us of any issues.
8. OWNERSHIP VS. RIGHTS
Buying a print means you own the physical artwork - but not the copyright or any reproduction rights. No digital or physical reproduction, public display, or distribution is permitted unless legally allowed or authorised by us. You may resell your print, though!
9. PRIVACY
We treat your data like art - handled with care. For full details, check out our Privacy Policy.
10. LEGAL STUFF
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and you can bring any legal claims in the English courts.
